Central Placement Cell, SGSU
The main aim of CPC, SCOPE Global Skills University is to get students placed in reputed international, multinationals, government Organisations, NGOs, and the top-notch private sector. All students registered with CPC will be provided placement assistance, counseling for employment, and self/Social entrepreneurship. The CPC assures logistical support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process by making university infrastructure available to them. The CPC will act as an interface between the industry and the students, and will primarily enable the students to select from their career options. It shall facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirements. The CPC will liaison with corporate organizations to provide suitable jobs, apprenticeships, and internships for the candidates completing their studies at the University of Delhi. The CPC also conducts mock sessions, Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) programs, seminars, and workshops to enable the students of SGSU to become successful professionals.

The SGSU placement cell works with all faculties and departments across the university. The core objective is to upskill and add value to its students, supporting them in making apt decisions for their future career aspirations.
The Central Placement Cell offers complete aid to students with respect to engaging with visiting recruiters at every stage of the placement process. Preparation for Written Tests, Interviews, Pre-Placement interactions, and Group Discussions is made as per the requirements of the recruiting organisations.

The Placement Cell constantly makes efforts to bring in organizations that have values, ethics, and commitments that are in adherence to those of the university. The Placement Cell shall try to expand its network year after year to provide the right kind of opportunities to students to work in the social or development sector.
Aims & Objectives
- Conduct career counselling sessions by organising expert sessions with industry professionals and influencers.
- Train students in Aptitude tests, group discussions, and technical interviews through professional trainers.
- To organise campus interviews for final year students from all over India.
- Maintaining consistent engagements with the industry through apprenticeships, Internships, Guest Lectures, Conferences, Seminars, etc.
- Provide needed training to students in the area of requisite soft skills.
- Work together with the industry for live capstone projects, Research, Workshops, and industrial visits.
