PMO Director Reviews SGSU’s Sports Initiatives Ahead of National Games and Khelo India Events

Under the guidance of Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Executive Vice President of the AISECT Group and Chancellor of Scope Global Skills University, Shri Rugved Milind Thakur (IAS), Director at the Prime Minister’s Office, was today briefed on the sports-related initiatives undertaken by Rabindranath Tagore University and the AISECT Group. The meeting was facilitated by Shri Jalaj Chaturvedi, District Sports Officer, Raisen.

Also present on the occasion were Mr. Vijay Pratap Singh (Public Relations Officer, RNTU), Mr. Satish Ahirwar (Sports Officer, RNTU), Sub-Lieutenant Manoj Singh Manral (NCC Officer), Shri Pradeep Astaiya (Assistant Director, Department of Sports and Youth Welfare, Government of Madhya Pradesh), and Mrs. Shipra Shrivastava.

Director Shri Rugved is currently on a two-day visit to Madhya Pradesh as part of the preparations under the Prime Minister’s flagship initiatives, focusing particularly on the upcoming National Games and the Khelo India University and Youth Games, which are among the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s dream projects.

It is noteworthy that this year, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh have been selected as the host states for these prestigious national-level sporting events.
