Scope Global Skills University recently hosted a vibrant and culturally rich event, “Diwali ke Rang, Skills ke Sang,” celebrating the spirit of Diwali while showcasing the exceptional talents of its students. The event was marked by esteemed guests and enthusiastic participation, leaving an indelible mark on all who attended.
The presence of Dr. Pallavi Rao Chaturvedi, the Chief Guest, added a touch of grandeur to the event. She commended the flawless execution of the event and lauded its core focus on holistic skill development. Dr. Pallavi extended her best wishes to the students for their academic and skill development journey at SGSU.
The afternoon saw the distribution of prizes for various competitions by Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi, Director-AISECT Group. Dr. Chaturvedi praised the live workshops and the food stalls, underscoring the strength of teamwork that made it all possible. She also conveyed her heartfelt Diwali wishes, hoping for peace and prosperity for all.
The evening segment featured Dr. Rajeev Aggarwal, the President of Mandideep Industrial Association, who presented prizes for different competitions. Certificates of participation were awarded to all exhibition stall participants.
The event received further grace in the evening with the presence of Dr. Santosh Choubey, Chairman of AISECT Group, and Dr. Siddharth Chaturvedi, Chancellor of SGSU. Dr. Choubey and Dr. Chaturvedi enhanced the celebratory atmosphere by their participation and valuable insights.
The student-run Food Zone emerged as a resounding entrepreneurial success, offering a delectable array of culinary delights. Attendees enjoyed a wide range of delectable options.
The event’s vibrant stalls, including Jewelry, Garments, Food Zone, Home Decor, and Furnishing, drew immense attention and garnered appreciation. Live skills counters showcased talents in Nail Art, Make-up, and Hair Styling.
Exclusive workshops on Zari Zardosi, Terracotta, Music with Synthesizer, and animation caricature offered engaging opportunities for hands-on learning.
Students had the chance to display their exceptional talents in competitions such as Face painting, Sketching, Draping, Jewelry making, Best out of waste, and Diya decoration.
As the event concluded on a high note, Dr. Ajay Bhushan, Vice Chancellor, and Dr. Sitesh Kumar Sinha, Registrar, expressed their appreciation for everyone who contributed to its resounding success.
