SCOPE Global Skills University recently hosted a remarkable celebration in honour of International Yoga Day, aiming to foster wellness and mindfulness among its students and faculty. The International Yoga Day festivities commenced with an invigorating early morning yoga session, where attendees gathered in the university’s spacious auditorium. Led by experienced yoga instructors, Dr. Pawan Guru and Mrs. Mamta Guru, participants engaged in a series of yoga asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) to nourish their bodies and calm their minds.
Dr. Ajay Bhushan, the esteemed Vice-Chancellor of SCOPE Global Skills University, emphasised the importance of yoga in today’s fast-paced world.
