On June 21, 2024, Scope Global Skills University, in association with NSS, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and participation. The event was highlighted by the presence of esteemed guests and instructors who emphasized the significance of yoga in daily life.
Mrs. Mamata Guru, a renowned Yogacharya and Dietician, along with Dr. Pawan Guru, also a distinguished Yogacharya, guided the participants through various Yogasanas. They provided valuable insights into the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being, stressing how regular practice can enhance overall health.
The event saw active participation from both faculty and students, who engaged in the yoga sessions with great interest and energy. The session was not only a learning experience but also a moment of unity and mindfulness for the entire university community.
Dr. Nitin Dimole, the NSS officer, played a crucial role in organizing the event. His efforts were complemented by the presence of the Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ajay Bhushan, and the Registrar, Dr. Sitesh Kumar Sinha, who graced the occasion with their support and encouragement.
