Faculty of Management Studies Industrial Visit to Parle G Factory, Mandideep!

Our UG and PG management students recently embarked on an insightful industrial visit to the renowned Parle factory. Led by our esteemed faculty coordinators, Prof. Rakesh Sharma (HOD), Dr. Manjusha Bhondekar, Ms. Priyal Nagar, and Prof. Lochan Nagar, the students were introduced to the fascinating world of biscuit production, quality control, and supply chain management.

Observing the entire biscuit-making process – from dough preparation to packaging – was a delightful experience. Parle’s dedication to quality assurance was particularly striking, with rigorous checks at every stage ensuring that each product meets top standards.

The students also learned how Parle expertly manages raw material procurement and product distribution across the nation. They interacted with Parle’s production managers, gaining valuable insights into best practices and industry challenges.
