The Voter Awareness Campaign week at Scope Global Skills University Bhopal saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike. Through poster painting, slogan writing, and awareness rallies across all departments and National Service Scheme units, everyone was educated about the importance of voting. Dr. Ajay Bhushan, the Vice Chancellor, led the students in taking an oath to vote, while Dr. Sitesh Kumar Singh, the Registrar, emphasized the significance of voting to the attending children.
In addition to the voting awareness activities, a Sakura tree was planted to provide sustenance to both birds and students, symbolizing the commitment to environmental stewardship. Family members of the students also pledged to vote, further spreading the message. The event was concluded by Dr. Satyendra Khare, Dean , Faculty of Science along with other deans, department heads, faculty, and students.
Furthermore, in acknowledgment of the need for water conservation, a “dana pani” and sakura place were set up on campus. The event was graced by University National Camper Campus Ambassador Mega Parihar, State Camper Campus Ambassador Sonam Patel, and senior students, Sagar Verma, Aryan Tripathi, Mehak Khan, Prachi Sen, Anjali Yadav, Reena Chaudhary, and over 100 other university students, all contributing to the success of the program.
