Ganesh Chaturthi, a cherished festival in our country, was celebrated in a unique and meaningful way at Scope Global Skills University (SGSU) this year. On August 30, 2024, the Faculty of Education and Training organized an eco-friendly Ganesh-making workshop under the guidance of master trainers Mr. Lakhan Prajapati and Ms. Supriti Chaturvedi. Students, faculty members, and staff of SGSU came together to learn the art of crafting eco-friendly Ganesh idols from clay, taking a step towards honoring our traditions while also protecting the environment.
On this occasion, Dr. Aditi Chaturvedi, Pro Vice-Chancellor of RNTU, also attended and expressed her appreciation, stating, “Every year, this workshop provides an opportunity to learn something new from different experts.” Additionally, Dr. Sitesh Sinha, Registrar of SGSU, praised the participation and efforts of all the students and faculty members involved in the workshop.
Thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement. Together, we continue to celebrate our festivals in an environmentally conscious way.
