- Covers traditional and contemporary approaches in painting using mediums like oil, watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media exploring conceptual notions, recent techniques, color theory, and personal expressions.
- Examines the evolution of Indian and world art, movements, and masters, along with philosophical and critical frameworks to understand and evaluate art.
- Trains students to critically analyse artworks, understand artistic intent, context, and reception, and develop informed viewpoints and critiques.
