ADMISSION PROCEDURE

1. General Guidelines & Norms for Admission

These guidelines are intended to ensure a transparent, systematic and uniform admission process at ScopeGlobal Skills University (SGSU), Bh opal. All applicants seeking admission to any programme of the University shall be required to comply with the eligibility conditions, admission procedure, document requirements, fee requirements and rules prescribed by the University from time to time.

  1. Applicants should carefully read the Information Brochure and familiarize themselves with the rules governing Admission/Entrance Test/Group Discussion/Interview at SCOPE GLOBAL SKILLS UNIVERSITY, and must verify they meet all eligibility criteria for their chosen programme.
  2. The University will not be responsible if a candidate is denied admission for not fulfilling eligibility criteria, even if the candidate has cleared the Entrance Test/GD/Interview and received an Offer Letter for a programme.
  3. All admissions are provisional. If any omission or error is found in a candidate’s certificates/documents, or if eligibility criteria are not met, the University may cancel the admission at any time — even after admission has been granted.
  4. The University is not responsible for delays in postal transit or non-receipt of the Admit Card, Interview Letter, Intimation Letter, or any other admission-related communication.
  5. Admission will be cancelled if a candidate is found to have made false representations or used fraudulent means, or does not meet eligibility requirements — even if admission was already granted. The University may also require the candidate to reappear for the Entrance Test.
  6. Candidates who receive a Supplementary/Compartment/Essential Repeat in their qualifying examination are not eligible for admission. The final result must be submitted by deadline prescribed by the competent authority. failing which the admission is automatically cancelled.
  7. A candidate who does not report for admission on the stipulated date and time forfeits the claim to admission, and no further correspondence on the matter will be entertained.
  8. Candidates not selected for admission will not be individually informed. Their Application Form, fees, and photocopies of attached certificates/documents will not be returned in case of non-selection.
  9. A candidate already enrolled in any programme at SCOPE GLOBAL SKILLS UNIVERSITY must get that admission cancelled before becoming eligible for admission to another programme.
  10. The applicant must fill in the Application Form personally, with correct and complete information.

Candidates who applied as ‘result awaited’ must submit attested copies of mark sheets within ten days of result declaration (and before the admission closing date), clearly writing their Form No. and Roll No. on the back of the mark sheet — failure to do so cancels the offer of admission. Original documents are mandatory for admission.
