Department Overview
The Tagore School of Fine Arts is a part of the Faculty of Humanities & Liberal Arts at SCOPE Global Skills University (SGSU), Central India’s first skill university, established in 2023. The school offers a comprehensive curriculum aligned with NCrF, NSQF, NEP 2020, and the Skill India Mission, providing students with professional skill sets in drawing, painting, applied art, printmaking, graphic design, digital painting, sculpting, photography, videography, art history, and aesthetics. Via adapting hands-on practical learning, live demonstrations, project-based learning, experiential learning, internship-based learning and technology-integrated teaching-learning methods. The school enables students to develop strong artistic skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and industry-ready expertise, preparing them for successful careers in the field of fine arts/visual arts and design.
