Ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous maintenance of quality benchmarks across all functional domains remains a significant priority for higher educational institutions. To ensure a structured and consistent approach toward quality enhancement, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) has been established at the University.
The IQAC was constituted in alignment with NAAC guidelines. Serving as a central coordinating body, the IQAC facilitates the adoption of total quality management practices by designing and implementing strategic interventions aimed at continuous institutional improvement and excellence. It plays a pivotal role in planning, guiding, and monitoring quality assurance and quality enhancement activities within the institution. By developing and implementing strategic interventions, the IQAC works towards strengthening academic and administrative performance, aligning institutional processes with established standards, and fostering a system of total quality management across all domains.

Goals and Objectives of IQAC

It aims to institutionalize best practices, encourage innovation, and ensure that quality enhancement becomes an integral and ongoing aspect of the University’s functioning.
Functions of IQAC
- Develops and implements quality benchmarks and parameters for academic and administrative activities.
- Promotes a learner-centric environment that supports quality education and encourages faculty development through the adoption of modern knowledge and technologies.
- Facilitates the collection and analysis of feedback from students, parents, and other stakeholders on institutional processes.
- Disseminates relevant information related to quality standards and practices in higher education.
- Organizes workshops, seminars, and conferences at both intra- and inter-institutional levels on quality-related themes.
- Ensures systematic documentation of activities and initiatives contributing to qualityenhancement.
- Acts as a central coordinating body for all quality-related initiatives, including the adoption and sharing of best practices.
- Promotes the development and sustenance of a quality culture within the institution.
- Prepares and submits the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) in accordance with NAAC guidelines and parameters.
